Work day spent one-on-one with our coaches to accomplish the following:
- developing a recruiting program specifically designed for your church, including forms, materials, energizing themes and fun ideas
- creating your own interview guidelines and manuals
- building and designing your own training programs for your volunteer positions
- establishing your mentor program, including mentor training and materials
- tailoring all TRACK forms to your church’s specific needs
- developing a plan to introduce your TRACK Team® to the church
- creating an agenda for your first TRACK Team meeting

Following your 2-day session, our coach(es) will remain in contact with your
team to address follow-up questions and ensure your TRACK Team’s successful start!
