Work day spent one-on-one with our coaches to accomplish the following:

• developing a recruiting program specifically designed for your organization, including forms, materials, energizing themes and fun ideas
• creating your own interview guidelines and manuals
• building and designing your own training programs for your volunteer positions
• establishing your mentor program, including mentor training and materials
• tailoring all TRACK forms to your organization’s specific needs
• developing a plan to introduce your TRACK Team^®  to the organization
• creating an agenda for your first TRACK Team^® meeting
